Executive / Sr. Executive - UI/UX Designer (ERP)

* Spearhead the design of intuitive and cohesive interfaces for ERP modules, driving usability and adoption across the organization. * Architect user flows and UI for critical ERP modules, including Login, Dashboard, Style Reference, and Color Entry, to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. * Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, bringing design concepts to life and iterating based on feedback. * Develop and govern a scalable design system, complete with reusable components, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the application. * Champion accessibility and responsiveness, guaranteeing UI designs meet WCAG AA standards and provide an optimal experience across devices and platforms. * Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, to provide clear design specifications, support implementation, and ensure seamless execution. * Conduct thorough reviews of implemented UI, verifying design accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives. * Drive UI/UX enhancements, leveraging user feedback, business needs, and industry trends to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience. * Maintain meticulous documentation of UI components, design updates, and best practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the organization.
