* Drive patient care by monitoring progress, assessing conditions, and reacting to changes in real-time. * Deliver targeted treatments, including medication administration, intravenous therapy, and ventilator management. * Lead accurate record-keeping, maintaining up-to-date patient files and tracking vital signs, test results, and treatment outcomes. * Administer medications via various routes, including oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous, while closely monitoring for adverse reactions. * Provide compassionate bedside care, encompassing dressing changes, catheter care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring. * Proactively identify subtle or sudden changes in patient status, including ventilation, renal, and cardiac function, and swiftly alert the critical care team. * Architect personalized care plans, ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions. * Initiate corrective actions in response to adverse symptoms, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes. * Manage specialized medical equipment, such as cardiac monitors, respirators, and oxygen pumps, to support patient care. * Champion patient advocacy, respecting individual rights, beliefs, and values, and communicating effectively with family members and the care team. * Facilitate seamless patient transfers by completing necessary paperwork and ensuring continuity of care. * Collaborate with the critical care team to drive patient recovery, providing timely and accurate information to support informed decision-making.
