Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional operations, driving seamless execution across visa processing, air ticketing, tour operations, study abroad, and medical tourism departments • Architect and deliver exceptional ticketing, reservation, and visa processing services that exceed client expectations • Drive sales growth by promoting travel-related products and packages, leveraging market trends and customer insights • Design and develop competitive tour packages, managing itinerary planning, pricing, vendor coordination, and customization to meet diverse client needs • Ensure regulatory compliance by managing license and certification renewals, maintaining up-to-date records and adherence to industry standards • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Chairman, airlines, vendors, hotels, and tour partners, to facilitate collaboration and business growth • Oversee financial management, including fortnight payment arrangements, budgeting, and forecasting, to optimize resource allocation and profitability • Deliver high-quality services, ensuring timely and efficient operations that meet client needs and exceed expectations • Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive process excellence and continuous improvement • Lead and supervise high-performing teams, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory client experience through effective communication, coaching, and performance management • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing operational reports to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth • Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute campaigns, services, and initiatives that drive business success • Ensure adherence to travel regulations, visa guidelines, and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and risk management • Mentor and develop team members, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance • Embody a customer-centric approach, handling client complaints with professionalism and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

Experience

At least 10 years

Skills

Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservation, and visa processing systemsHands-on experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre)Ability to handle end-to-end tour operations including planning, execution, and coordinationExperience in handling both individual and corporate clientsStrong understanding of international travel regulations and visa proceduresAbility to manage vendor relationships (airlines, hotels, tour partners)Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and payment managementStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills in Bangla and EnglishLeadership ability with experience in team supervision and trainingCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service deliveryBasic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management (preferred)Proficiency in travel-related software and tools

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

  • Proven experience in travel agency or tour operations management
