* Spearhead the merchandising team to drive workflow efficiency and maximize productivity * Foster strong relationships with international buyers through direct communication and strategic engagement * Architect and streamline order development, costing, and sampling processes to ensure seamless execution * Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with factories, production teams, and suppliers to guarantee smooth operations * Oversee production progress, quality standards, and shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery * Drive critical path management to ensure prompt order execution and meet buyer expectations * Negotiate and secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with buyers and vendors * Proactively identify and resolve production and supply chain issues to minimize disruptions * Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies to maintain compliance * Develop and maintain comprehensive merchandising documentation and reports to inform business decisions * Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion * Collaborate with design and product development teams to launch innovative products and initiatives * Mentor and develop merchandising team members to enhance skills and performance * Resolve claims and complaints in a fair and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction
