Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective clients, showcasing project features and benefits to drive sales conversions.
* Attend industry events, property fairs, and field activities to stay ahead of market trends and network with key stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, assess customer needs, and inform sales strategies.
* Pursue new sales opportunities through proactive cold calling, strategic networking, and social media outreach.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations, highlighting products and services to captivate clients.
* Craft and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties, driving brand visibility and sales.
