Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and fostering strong relationships with existing ones to unlock potential opportunities. * Architect and execute daily, weekly, and monthly client visit plans to maximize sales potential. * Prospect for new clients through door-to-door field visits, leveraging face-to-face interactions to generate leads. * Manage project visits for clients, ensuring seamless experiences and tailored solutions. * Collect and process client documents, streamlining administrative tasks. * Hunt for new customers, leveraging innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads. * Nurture strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential, to drive long-term partnerships. * Design and launch targeted promotional campaigns, spanning online and offline channels, to reach diverse audiences. * Engage with prospective clients, showcasing project features and benefits to drive sales conversions. * Attend industry events, property fairs, and field activities to stay ahead of market trends and network with key stakeholders. * Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, assess customer needs, and inform sales strategies. * Pursue new sales opportunities through proactive cold calling, strategic networking, and social media outreach. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations, highlighting products and services to captivate clients. * Craft and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties, driving brand visibility and sales. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, foster a culture of innovation, and drive collective success. * Maintain a positive and inclusive office atmosphere, promoting teamwork and employee engagement. * Gather and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and customer-centricity. * Partner with the design team to create engaging promotional materials, amplifying brand messaging and visual identity. * Embed a positive and enthusiastic attitude, championing the company's products and brand image to internal and external audiences. * Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. * Embrace additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
