Costing & Inventory Manager

* Drive production costing strategies to optimize footwear manufacturing efficiency and profitability. * Architect material consumption plans and conduct in-depth production cost analyses to inform business decisions. * Manage and maintain precise inventory records for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Oversee daily stock movements, material issuance, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management. * Lead inventory reconciliation efforts to ensure alignment between physical stock counts and system records, identifying and addressing discrepancies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, commercial, and finance, to develop and implement accurate costing models and processes. * Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent material loss, misuse, or misappropriation. * Deliver monthly stock reports, costing analyses, and variance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Conduct regular stock audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Optimize inventory planning and management to minimize material waste, reduce overstocking, and improve overall operational efficiency.
