Commercial Manager

* Spearhead commercial operations, driving import, export, and customs compliance for a leading footwear manufacturer. * Architect and maintain complex documentation, including Bond Licenses, UP, UD, DEDO, and Bond Audit records, to ensure seamless government compliance. * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Customs, Bond Commissionerate, NBR, banks, and freight forwarders, to facilitate smooth commercial operations. * Oversee letter of credit (L/C) management, including opening, PI, CI, shipping documents, and shipment schedules, to ensure timely and efficient transactions. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including VAT, tax, customs, and export regulations, to mitigate risk and maintain compliance. * Monitor and manage import raw materials and export shipment documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency. * Lead and supervise a high-performing commercial team, promoting a culture of proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance. * Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including production, finance, and inventory, to drive business growth and efficiency. * Develop and verify commercial reports and regulatory documentation, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Drive transparency and compliance in all commercial transactions, upholding the highest standards of integrity and governance.
