Key Responsibilities
* Drive compliance excellence by overseeing all documentation and workforce profiles for Australian operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Architect and implement verification standards for academic credentials, employment history, and industry currency, resolving discrepancies and managing resolution with candidates.
* Lead the preparation and validation of Trainer & Assessor Matrices, mapping and demonstrating relevance to qualifications and industry currency, and ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory standards.
* Design and recommend 12-month Professional Development Plans, structuring upskilling and compliance pathways to meet regulatory requirements.
* Manage and validate Professional Development logs and evidence, maintaining structured, traceable, and audit-ready records that meet regulatory standards.
* Supervise the collection and verification of candidate ID documents, implementing document control and compliance tracking processes to ensure validity, currency, and proper storage.
* Coordinate daily communication with Australian clients, candidates, and workforce, handling escalations and complex compliance matters to ensure timely onboarding and profile completion.
* Develop and implement effective compliance monitoring and audit processes, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness, providing expert guidance and support to maintain high compliance standards.
* Champion a culture of compliance excellence, driving continuous improvement and adherence to Australian compliance and audit standards across all workforce operations.
