IT Site Engineer

* Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, including electronic toll collection, surveillance cameras, and network connectivity, to ensure seamless operations. * Architect and manage network infrastructure, including device installation, upgrades, and internet connectivity, to guarantee stable and secure network operations. * Drive the installation, updates, and management of toll collection software, ensuring integration with vehicle detection and classification systems, and provide technical support to toll plaza staff. * Develop and implement emergency response plans to mitigate the impact of system failures, power outages, and other disruptions on IT operations. * Manage and troubleshoot core data center networks, LAN, WAN devices, and firewall devices to ensure optimal performance. * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and other electrical systems, including lighting and electrical channels, to support toll plaza operations. * Safeguard sensitive data, including financial transactions and vehicle information, collected at the excel load control (WIM) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. * Design and implement data backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity. * Continuously assess and improve IT systems, researching and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
