* Maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the university's grounds by implementing effective gardening and landscaping strategies. * Cultivate and care for a diverse range of plants, trees, and flowers to create a vibrant and welcoming environment. * Collaborate with the gardening team to design, develop, and execute innovative horticultural projects that promote sustainability and environmental stewardship. * Drive the efficient use of gardening resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to optimize productivity and minimize waste. * Lead the implementation of best practices in gardening and landscaping, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. * Manage and maintain gardening equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available for use. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to understand their needs and preferences regarding gardening and landscaping services. * Architect and implement seasonal gardening plans, taking into account factors such as weather, soil conditions, and plant species to ensure year-round beauty and appeal.
