* Spearhead hands-on training sessions in welding, foundry, fabrication, and sheet metal works to foster technical expertise in students. * Design and develop comprehensive curricula and instructional materials to enhance learning outcomes in the MPE department. * Drive student engagement and participation through innovative teaching methods and project-based learning approaches. * Manage laboratory operations, ensuring a safe and well-equipped environment for students to practice and apply their skills. * Collaborate with senior instructors to develop and implement departmental strategies, aligning with institutional goals and objectives. * Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their technical and professional growth. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant knowledge into instructional programs to prepare students for the workforce. * Foster partnerships with industry professionals and organizations to secure guest lectures, internships, and job opportunities for students. * Contribute to the development of departmental policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
