* Spearhead the development of innovative curricula and programs for the MPE Department, focusing on Applied Mechanics, Materials and Metallurgical Lab, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Refrigeration Lab, and CAM, Cezeri and Ergonomics Lab. * Foster a collaborative environment, driving interdisciplinary research and knowledge sharing among faculty members and students. * Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge laboratory experiments, ensuring hands-on learning experiences for students. * Manage and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, equipment, and resources, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. * Drive student engagement and success, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to facilitate academic excellence and professional growth. * Architect and deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments, utilizing modern teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience. * Develop and maintain industry partnerships, facilitating collaborations, internships, and job placements for students and graduates. * Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field, applying this knowledge to continuously improve departmental programs and services.
