• Spearhead fabric quality control, guaranteeing exceptional texture and shade consistency across all products • Architect and execute rigorous inspection protocols, both online and offline, utilizing a 4-point system to ensure meticulous quality assessment • Drive the validation and maintenance of LAB test reports, ensuring data accuracy and reliability • Facilitate cross-functional communication, disseminating quality parameters and updates to relevant departments to foster a culture of excellence • Develop and implement customized quality guidelines tailored to specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with their expectations • Oversee inspection reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to maintain color continuity and uphold the highest quality standards
