Key Responsibilities
* Drive skill gap analysis to identify training needs for Outlet staff, designing and delivering targeted programs that boost business performance.
* Architect comprehensive training initiatives, incorporating best practices and the latest trends in learning and development, to enhance staff capabilities.
* Deliver engaging new joiner induction training, and develop, coordinate, and implement employee training modules that align with management objectives.
* Manage training budgets, coordinate logistics, and provide monthly training reports to stakeholders, ensuring seamless program execution.
* Spearhead needs analysis for management staff, developing and implementing effective learning programs that foster career growth and succession planning.
* Implement diverse learning methods, including coaching, mentoring, and e-learning, to cater to varied learning needs, and maintain accurate training documentation.
* Develop and implement the Performance Management System, collecting and analyzing data, reviewing results with stakeholders, and recognizing top performers through the Reward & Recognition program.
* Create and update Employee Profiles, introducing career development programs and refining SOPs and policies to streamline operational processes.
* Foster a culture of employee engagement by supporting activities, events, and recognition programs, and analyzing feedback to inform initiatives that drive staff satisfaction.
* Design and implement employee surveys, compiling and sharing results with stakeholders, and developing corrective action plans to address areas for improvement.
* Promote welfare and wellness initiatives that benefit all employees, enhancing their overall experience and well-being.
* Partner in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to attract top talent for Outlet and Management positions, and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
* Assist in crafting job descriptions, specifications, and competency frameworks, maintaining a talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
* Maintain meticulous HR records, preparing regular reports on headcount, recruitment, training, and performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Requirements
Experience
At least 5 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Retail Fashion Industry (specially in L&D) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill
- People oriented and results driven
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
