Clinical Instructor/Lecturer (Nursing College)

* Foster a dynamic learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth. * Assess student potential and capabilities to inform targeted support and development strategies. * Motivate students to engage in academic and co-curricular activities, nurturing their moral and physical well-being. * Develop and maintain comprehensive student profiles to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Oversee assignment completion and task management across all subjects, ensuring timely submission and accountability. * Facilitate collaborative learning through group study initiatives and encourage active participation. * Maintain accurate attendance records, including daily and monthly reports, to monitor student engagement. * Ensure punctual and regular scheduling of classes, minimizing disruptions and optimizing learning time. * Organize and conduct regular field visits, community outreach programs, and hospital visits to enrich student experiences and gather feedback. * Supervise and support students during clinical practice and lab sessions, providing guidance and feedback. * Champion a holistic approach to education, promoting equal emphasis on all subjects and contributing to course evaluation and development. * Serve as a liaison between students, teachers, and administration, facilitating open communication and resolving concerns. * Manage individual student files, maintaining detailed records of attendance, incidents, and progress. * Collaborate with subject teachers, guest lecturers, and external partners to enhance student outcomes and opportunities. * Prepare students for assessments, including OSPE, oral, and practical exams, and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
