* Drive production costing strategies to optimize footwear manufacturing processes and ensure data-driven decision making. * Architect comprehensive cost analysis frameworks to track material consumption, identify areas of improvement, and inform production planning. * Manage and maintain precise inventory records, ensuring seamless tracking of raw materials and finished goods across the supply chain. * Oversee daily stock movements, material issuance, and warehouse operations to guarantee efficient inventory control and minimize discrepancies. * Lead inventory reconciliation efforts, ensuring alignment between physical stock counts and system records to prevent errors and discrepancies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, commercial, and finance, to develop and implement accurate costing models and drive business growth. * Develop, implement, and enforce robust inventory control procedures to prevent material loss, misuse, and misappropriation. * Deliver actionable insights through monthly stock reports, costing analyses, and variance reports, informing business decisions and process improvements. * Conduct regular stock audits to ensure compliance with company policies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize inventory planning. * Champion inventory optimization initiatives, reducing material waste and overstocking to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
