* Drive strategic planning by analyzing business plans and creating actionable supply chain forecasts that inform resource allocation and sourcing decisions. * Architect resource plans that adapt to changing business environments and seasonal trends, ensuring efficient procurement and optimal inventory levels. * Lead forecasting efforts to predict yearly material and accessory requirements, aligning sourcing plans to meet business needs. * Manage delivery planning for trading items, prioritizing short lead times, cost-effectiveness, and supplier performance. * Develop and manage budgets for imported goods, inbound freight, and subcontractor payments, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control. * Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with new suppliers, expanding the supplier base while ensuring quality compliance and sustainable sourcing practices. * Source innovative raw materials, accessories, and packaging items that enhance quality, reduce costs, and promote sustainability. * Foster long-term collaborations with strategic suppliers, driving mutual growth and benefit. * Oversee procurement operations, from quotation collection to purchase order issuance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and compliance with warranties, guarantees, and return policies. * Ensure adherence to VAT, AIT, and internal procurement policies, maintaining compliance and mitigating risk. * Manage supplier documentation, payment reconciliations, and tax deductions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Sales & Marketing, Material Control, and Corporate Accounts, to align raw material planning, inventory management, and procurement funding with business objectives. * Develop and submit regular reports, including payment reports, procurement reports, and supplier evaluations, providing insights that inform business decisions. * Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative, cost-effective branding and packaging materials, driving business growth and competitiveness.
