Teaching & Academic Work• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course outlines• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes• Ensure students are actively engaged in learning• Develop and update curriculum content Student Evaluation & Support• Conduct exams, quizzes, and assignments• Assess student performance and provide feedback• Monitor student progress and behavior• Guide students in projects and academic improvement Maintain discipline and positive learning environment• Communicate with students, parents, and management• Provide counseling and academic support• Maintain attendance, reports, and academic records• Participate in meetings and institutional activities• Perform duties assigned by Principal/Coordinator
