* Spearhead the development of the loan management system and digital financial services (DFS) applications, aligning with organizational objectives and country-level goals. * Drive business requirement gathering and prioritization across multiple countries, translating them into actionable product specifications, user stories, and wireframes for IT implementation. * Foster collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and technical limitations. * Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management, while validating features against predefined acceptance criteria. * Architect business cases for new features, incorporating comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and anticipated KPI impacts. * Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic initiatives to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical audiences. * Orchestrate cross-functional efforts, bridging Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless product development and implementation. * Analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform roadmap iterations, drive continuous improvement, and optimize product outcomes.
