* Deliver high-quality consultancy services at SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre's outpatient department, adhering to established operational guidelines. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction. * Lead evening shift operations, working 3 hours daily, 6 days a week, to provide accessible healthcare services. * Drive referrals to specialized healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring seamless patient care. * Architect and implement computer-generated prescription systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Manage service quality, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and experience. * Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion. * Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, leveraging software to streamline data management and inform treatment decisions.
