Key Responsibilities
• Lead the plant HR team to drive strategic initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Architect and implement disciplinary procedures, welfare activities, and HR policies to ensure compliance and employee well-being.
• Drive HR excellence by providing expert guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related matters.
• Develop and deliver targeted training programs to operational departments, enhancing their understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and hiring strategies, presenting comprehensive plans and market analyses to inform business decisions.
• Design and implement organizational development and change management initiatives, driving business growth and transformation.
• Oversee the administration of local and expat transport facilities, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure the development and enforcement of company security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze and maintain accurate monthly manpower numbers, driving on-time recruitment and multiskilled training to support sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with the process development team to optimize the man-to-machine ratio and enhance operational efficiency.
• Investigate and address reasons for Lost Time Off (LTO), implementing corrective actions to minimize absenteeism.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve monthly absenteeism targets, promoting a culture of attendance and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth and development, providing opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Champion the implementation of 5S and lean principles across departments, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional
- Candidate must have experience in garments industry
- Professional qualification in HR will be an added advantage
