Key Responsibilities
* Architect and drive strategic growth initiatives for the Digital Power business, aligning local market needs with global objectives to propel business expansion.
* Own and deliver business growth targets, focusing on customer engagement, operational excellence, and market share acquisition.
* Foster and maintain C-level relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
* Spearhead critical sales projects, driving short-term wins and long-term sustainability through strategic planning and execution.
* Champion product promotion and solution adoption, positioning Huawei as a trusted leader in the Digital Power sector.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating customer groups, solution opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships to expand Huawei's Digital Power presence.
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution-driven excellence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
* Drive innovation and sustainable energy development, cementing Huawei's leadership in the local Digital Power industry and promoting a greener future.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Additional
- At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in Power, Energy, substation, electricity, ICT, or Enterprise Solution markets
- Strong expertise in one or more domains: solar PV, energy storage systems, smart energy solutions, data center energy, grid stability solutions, or power electronics
- Exceptional strategic thinking and market planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact in the energy transition
