Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive

• Spearhead business development by targeting high-value corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators to drive revenue growth • Foster lasting relationships through strategic sales outreach, including regular client meetings and proactive follow-ups • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets, aligning with the Head of Sales' vision • Nurture and expand existing corporate partnerships to maximize loyalty and retention • Architect and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and rate agreements that meet client needs and exceed expectations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate seamless corporate events, meetings, and group bookings • Ensure seamless guest experiences by coordinating with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM and reporting tools • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying emerging opportunities • Represent the organization at sales trips, promotional campaigns, and networking events to build brand awareness and forge new connections
