Fire Safety Officer

* Drive compliance with regulatory standards, including RSC, Nirapon, and buyer-specific fire and electrical safety requirements, to ensure a safe working environment. * Architect and implement effective audit management strategies, including preparation for inspections, tracking of corrective actions, and maintenance of compliance documentation. * Lead the management of fire safety systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and certification of fire detection and protection systems, such as fire alarms, hydrants, and sprinklers. * Develop and execute risk assessment and prevention plans, identifying potential hazards, ensuring proper storage and handling of flammable materials, and promoting electrical safety best practices. * Design and implement emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and floor-wise accountability, to ensure a timely and effective response to emergencies. * Deliver training and awareness programs to educate workers, staff, and management on fire safety procedures, including fire fighting, evacuation, and first aid techniques. * Oversee workplace safety monitoring, ensuring unobstructed exit routes, proper signage, and illumination, as well as compliance with regulatory standards in production, warehouse, and utility areas. * Investigate incidents and near-misses, conducting root cause analyses and recommending corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of safety. * Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation, reports, and certifications, ensuring transparency and accountability.
