Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Land / Plot Sales)

• Assist the Sales Manager in setting monthly and yearly land/plot sales targets. • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve booking and collection targets. • Develop field-based sales strategy for land client acquisition. • Generate quality leads and supervise prospect follow-up. • Arrange and monitor site visits and project visits for land buyers. • Ensure proper land booking documentation and registration support. • Monitor installment collection and client follow-up. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly land sales reports and submit to management. • Maintain updated sales pipeline and customer database. • Build and maintain strong relationships with land investors and repeat buyers. • Support closing high-value land deals when required.Job Location• Head Office: Al-Razi Complex 5th Floor (Suite - C/505), Purana Paltan, Dhaka • Sales Office: Chandrima Model Town, Block: D, Road No:10, House No:01, Tok Tok 1, Near C block Mosque, Mohammadpur • Project Location: Ruhitpur, Keraniganj
