Key Responsibilities
• Architect and execute multi-channel paid advertising campaigns, driving engagement across search engines and social media platforms.
• Drive data-informed strategies through in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.
• Maximize ROI by optimizing campaign performance, focusing on lead generation, conversions, sales, and revenue growth.
• Spearhead A/B testing initiatives and implement scalable strategies to amplify campaign impact and efficiency.
• Develop and manage targeted retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to boost conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and other key metrics to inform future strategies.
• Refine and perfect campaigns through continuous monitoring, ensuring improvement in click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, embracing the latest trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Operate within a flexible schedule, initially 2pm-10pm, with a planned transition to a standard 9am-5pm office schedule.
Requirements
Education
- • Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant skills may be considered without strict academic requirements. • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) are an advantage but not required.
Additional
- • Age 20 to 30 years • Only Male Requirements:• Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing-SEM (like Google, Bing etc.) and Social Media Marketing-SMM (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.). • Experience in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI analysis. • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other paid social channels. • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions/optimization skills using tools (such as Google Analytics). • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must know Server-Side Tracking and Browser-Side Tracking. • Experience with Meta Pixel setup and Conversion API. • Ability to setup event tracking properly. • Experience in eCommerce marketing preferred. Highly Valued Skills:• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience targeting strategies. • Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or marketing automation platforms. • Ability in content creation Graphics/Photo and Basic Video Editing. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset. • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
