Sr. Manager (Operations)

• Oversee the Factory Operations, Sales & Marketing, Administration, production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. • Plan and draw up a production schedule. • Plan workers` schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines. • Manage and Monitor overall Factory operations. • Plan and organize the production schedule as per Management Policy. • Prepare daily report of production, finished goods, raw materials stock and submit to the Management. • Maintain inventory of raw materials for running production and ensure supply for the following day`s production. • Forecasting weekly usages of raw materials and their availability and keeping good relations with the supplier. • Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to clients. • Maintain a weekly work schedule of shift in charge, supervisors, permanent & others production workers. • Take all necessary actions to control and manage production costs and improve profitability. • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs. • Works closely with other departments to promote efficient factory optimization. • Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees. • Ensure a clean, safe and secure office environment. • Formulate annual budgets and ensure implementation through proper operating procedures within the budget. • Ensure & monitor smooth operations of utility services. • Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully with the assistance of internal or external supports when the situation demands. • Provide & ensure updates on time to Management regarding administration issues. • Any Other activities as directed by the Management.
