* Spearhead HVAC system design, estimation, and proposal development to drive project success * Architect comprehensive HVAC solutions, including VRF, Split, Chiller, and Ventilation systems, to meet client needs * Drive technical accuracy through precise HVAC load calculations, covering cooling and ventilation requirements * Develop and manage detailed BOQs, estimations, and cost analyses to ensure project feasibility * Craft compelling technical proposals and commercial offers that showcase expertise and value * Create detailed shop drawings and layouts using AutoCAD to visualize system designs * Select and specify optimal HVAC equipment, aligning with project requirements and industry standards * Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers to secure quotations, technical data, and support * Engage with clients through meetings and presentations to communicate design intent and project scope * Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, ensuring seamless project execution * Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and submittals, ensuring compliance and transparency
