Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms, driving brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, designers, and developers, to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Architect and implement digital communication strategies for promotions, events, launches, and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
• Lead the launch of campaigns, ensuring timely deployment, precise audience targeting, and accurate tracking parameters, while managing daily content posting on social media channels.
• Drive content creation, staying ahead of industry trends and crafting engaging ideas that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, optimizing budgets, audiences, and creatives to achieve maximum ROI, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and execute A/B testing experiments to refine ad creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages, informing data-driven decisions.
• Foster strategic partnerships with digital media buying agencies to ensure ROI-driven campaign execution and maximize budget efficiency.
• Leverage data from Google Analytics, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Search Console, and CRM tools to inform campaign optimization and improvement.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative digital content, including reels, short videos, static content, and interactive materials, that captivate and engage target audiences.
• Support website content updates, SEO optimization, keyword research, and landing page enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing online visibility.
• Monitor and optimize SEO performance, tracking organic traffic, ranking, crawl issues, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications
Additional
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau and other tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Solid understanding of digital media planning and buying, social media platforms, digital analytics, customer segmentation, and MarTech
- Experience in content marketing across various social platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital audience management, including identifying target audiences and remarketing strategies
- Excellent communication and project/campaign management skills
- Campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI analysis capacity
