Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

* Drive the quality assurance process by reviewing software requirements and technical design documents to provide actionable feedback that enhances product development. * Architect comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases that align with project needs, ensuring thorough coverage of all aspects. * Lead manual testing efforts on web and mobile platforms, executing functional, regression, and smoke testing to guarantee product stability. * Identify and document defects using tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Redmine, ensuring accurate and detailed bug reporting. * Validate backend services and data integrity using tools like Postman, verifying API functionality and performance. * Ensure seamless user experiences by verifying that final products match design mockups and maintain a high level of UI/UX quality. * Execute regression testing to guarantee that new code changes do not compromise existing functionalities, maintaining product reliability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize bug fixes, track issues, and drive resolution, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. * Leverage strong analytical skills to identify edge cases and hidden bugs, applying a "hacker" mindset to testing and quality assurance. * Develop and maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to document issues clearly and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
