Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by achieving targets and objectives in designated markets, leveraging strategic planning and execution. * Develop and establish new dealer relationships within the territory, fostering partnerships that fuel business expansion. * Conduct regular field visits to engage with existing and potential dealers, retailers, and workshops, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to boost sales. * Collaborate closely with supervisors to optimize dealer, retailer, and workshop performance, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Empower dealers, retailers, and workshop owners with comprehensive product knowledge, enabling them to effectively promote and sell products. * Spearhead branding and promotional initiatives, including mechanic meetings, to execute strategic plans and enhance market presence. * Deliver daily insights and updates to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations and requirements to enhance territory performance and inform data-driven decision-making.
