* Lead digital printing operations, driving high-quality output, timely production, and optimal machine utilization to meet business objectives. * Architect and execute production plans, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Manage and monitor digital printing machines to guarantee smooth production, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Drive quality control, ensuring printed materials meet company standards and client requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. * Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to plan and schedule printing jobs, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. * Optimize machine performance, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring proper usage of inks, fabrics, and other printing materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. * Develop and maintain accurate records of production, machine usage, and material consumption, informing data-driven decisions and process improvements. * Train and mentor printing operators and helpers, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures. * Ensure workplace safety, adherence to company policies, and technical expertise in Atexco machine operation and maintenance, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
