Manager – Production

* Spearhead production operations, overseeing blow molding, injection molding, and related manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity. * Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues, ensuring seamless production flow and minimal downtime. * Champion quality control, implementing rigorous standards and monitoring product excellence to meet customer expectations. * Architect and execute company policies, procedures, and production plans, aligning with strategic objectives. * Lead high-performing production teams, fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and maximum productivity. * Optimize raw material utilization, maintaining production efficiency and minimizing waste. * Manage safety stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies of raw and packing materials. * Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machine optimization and support proactive maintenance activities. * Identify and drive process improvements, uncovering opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains. * Drive sustainable practices, minimizing production waste and promoting resource utilization. * Facilitate monthly performance reviews, analyzing factory metrics and implementing data-driven improvements. * Embed 5S principles, maintaining a disciplined and organized workplace that reflects company values. * Safeguard company assets, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. * Develop and submit comprehensive production reports, KPI updates, and documentation, informing business decisions. * Partner with HR and Admin teams to plan manpower requirements and support recruitment initiatives. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Codex GMP, and other regulatory standards, maintaining a culture of excellence. * Represent the production function in quality meetings, addressing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
