Junior Electrical Technician

* Spearhead daily maintenance checks on building construction, equipment, and surroundings to ensure seamless operations. * Drive issue resolution for project-related concerns, including cleaning, equipment, and environmental issues. * Oversee the daily irrigation of trees, grasses, and garden plants to maintain a healthy and thriving environment. * Lead the daily care and maintenance of garden plants and grass, ensuring they receive the necessary attention. * Manage and prioritize daily maintenance tasks, including building, machine, equipment, and garden plant upkeep, to meet deadlines. * Collaborate with the head office to address project concerns, seek guidance, and implement solutions to resolve issues. * Monitor and analyze electrical power systems, including load calculation and consumption, to optimize project operations. * Conduct regular checks on electrical panels, DB, SDB, water motors, air conditioners, fans, lights, and switchboards, and perform repair work as needed. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily logs of project work, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for scheduled tasks, sharing updates with the head office in a timely manner. * Test and validate electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and safety. * Apply knowledge of electrical layouts and diagrams to inform maintenance and repair decisions. * Provide emergency support to the mechanical department, ensuring prompt issue resolution. * Repair and maintain electrical equipment as required, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. * Utilize knowledge of cable laying works, from sub-stations to DB/SDBs, to inform maintenance and installation decisions. * Prepare operational reports as instructed by seniors, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Adapt to evolving project needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required to drive success.
