Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within the designated territory. • Accelerate sales velocity through strategic dealer network management, driving both sell-in and sell-out initiatives. • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, analyzing product performance, and tracking pricing strategies. • Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, and channel partners, to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations. • Prospect and acquire new dealers to expand market reach and coverage, identifying opportunities for growth and development. • Ensure seamless brand representation by enforcing product availability, display standards, and brand guidelines across all dealer points. • Conduct regular dealer audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on new opportunities. • Architect and execute localized marketing initiatives, including product demonstrations, dealer meetings, and promotional events, to drive engagement and sales. • Elevate brand visibility through the strategic implementation of point-of-purchase materials, signage, and display units. • Develop and deliver data-driven sales reports and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. • Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as secondary sales, primary sales, stock levels, and market share, to optimize sales strategies. • Diagnose territory performance gaps and recommend targeted corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. • Provide exceptional issue resolution, addressing product concerns, service complaints, and dealer escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
