Executive -Quality Control

* Drive quality assurance by conducting rigorous tests on incoming materials, finished products, and packaging to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and approved methods. * Lead physical and chemical evaluations to guarantee products meet stringent quality specifications, leveraging expertise in analytical techniques. * Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments, including HPLC, GC, and pH meters, to perform routine analyses and ensure accurate results. * Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. * Manage and maintain precise documentation of test results, reports, and QC records, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. * Architect and implement effective management of out-of-specification products, laboratory incident reports, and deviations, minimizing risk and ensuring prompt resolution. * Monitor production processes, providing real-time feedback to ensure consistent product quality and identify areas for improvement. * Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines within the laboratory and promoting a responsible working environment. * Foster collaboration with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality-related matters, drive continuous improvement, and optimize QC processes. * Develop and standardize analytical methods, validating and refining QC processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. * Maintain a well-organized and safe laboratory environment, ensuring proper storage of chemicals and samples, and upholding the highest standards of laboratory housekeeping.
