Key Responsibilities

* Champion company-wide adherence to policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures, aligning with Bangladesh Labor Law regulations. * Architect and oversee administrative operations, including security, facilities management, transportation, and disciplinary protocols. * Drive recruitment, documentation, and compliance processes for international employees, ensuring seamless onboarding and regulatory adherence. * Facilitate and coordinate buyer audits, management inspections, and visits to the factory and head office, ensuring a positive and professional experience. * Orchestrate administrative logistics, including scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and official events. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Production, HR, Compliance, and Supply Chain, to optimize daily operations. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local authorities, utility providers, and law enforcement agencies, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. * Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, utilities, and administrative services, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. * Analyze and optimize vendor performance, administrative budgets, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost savings. * Provide strategic support and execute special projects as assigned by senior management, driving business growth and excellence.
