Manager - Compliance

• Spearhead compliance initiatives to ensure all factory facilities meet regulatory and buyer standards. • Architect and execute internal social compliance audits, and collaborate with third-party auditors to drive continuous improvement. • Oversee the development and maintenance of fire safety, building safety, and emergency preparedness systems to mitigate risks. • Drive adherence to RSC standards, where applicable, to promote sustainability and social responsibility. • Conduct thorough risk assessments, and design safety drills, training, and awareness programs to foster a culture of workplace safety and hygiene. • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including audit reports, CAPs, and policies. • Coordinate and support buyer audits, such as BSCI, SEDEX, and RSC, and ensure effective implementation of Corrective Action Plans. • Manage accurate records of compliance performance, audit findings, and improvement actions to track progress. • Design and deliver training programs for employees and management on compliance, ethics, and workplace standards to promote a culture of integrity. • Champion awareness campaigns on workers' rights, anti-harassment policies, health, and safety protocols to create a positive work environment. • Collaborate with management to update and maintain legal and statutory documents, ensuring regulatory compliance. • Drive special compliance-related projects and tasks as assigned by management to ensure ongoing improvement.
