Program Manager

* Drive contextual analysis and monitoring of livelihoods, food insecurity, skills development, and women's empowerment in Cox's Bazar District, providing actionable insights to inform project decisions. * Architect and implement a comprehensive data collection and analysis framework to assess access to food security, livelihoods, skills development, and gender dynamics, leveraging stakeholder consultations and multi-sector assessments. * Lead the development of context-specific studies, assessments, and evaluations, and provide technical support to ensure high-quality implementation and impactful project outcomes. * Collaborate with technical departments to design and implement project activities, ensuring alignment with the project's logical framework and gender-sensitive livelihoods objectives. * Manage the development of detailed implementation plans, organize project inception meetings, and facilitate beneficiary targeting, ensuring effective project rollout and stakeholder engagement. * Foster strategic partnerships with local authorities, support departments, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality implementation. * Develop and implement staff capacity-building initiatives, including orientation programs, on-job coaching, and training curricula, to enhance project staff's skills and knowledge. * Design and establish a robust monitoring framework, leveraging guidance from technical departments, to track project progress, collect data, and provide regular feedback to management for informed decision-making. * Coordinate and execute data collection, surveys, and assessments, ensuring high-quality data to inform project adjustments and optimize impact. * Provide technical support and guidance to project staff, enabling them to develop effective IEC materials, execute local-level advocacy, and implement project activities as planned. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between project teams, support departments, and technical departments to drive project success.
