Solar Project Manager / Engineer

• Spearhead the execution of large-scale solar PV projects, including ground-mounted, rooftop, and tin-shed installations, leveraging expertise in managing 15 MW of solar rooftop projects. • Architect and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. • Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and site managers to ensure seamless project execution. • Oversee and coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities to guarantee high-quality project outcomes. • Ensure strict adherence to project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. • Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement cost-control measures to optimize project efficiency. • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical and execution issues, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. • Champion HSE compliance and quality assurance at project sites, prioritizing the safety and well-being of personnel and stakeholders. • Develop and submit comprehensive project reports to management and clients, providing insights into project performance and progress. • Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes to ensure smooth project closure and knowledge transfer. • Travel extensively to project sites as required, providing on-site support and guidance to ensure project success.
