* Spearhead the development of intuitive data management systems, collaborating with study teams to ensure seamless field context integration and user-friendly interfaces for diverse staff levels. * Drive data-driven insights by working closely with investigators and project teams to identify data needs, design effective data capture and analysis processes, and present findings in timely, actionable dashboards. * Architect and implement systems that facilitate routine data collection, compilation, and tracking of progress against key performance indicators, ensuring data quality and integrity. * Champion data excellence by upholding the five data quality standards: validity, integrity, precision, reliability, and timeliness, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. * Design, develop, and test mission-critical Android-based applications, ensuring high-performance, user-centric experiences that meet project requirements. * Develop and maintain responsive, reusable UI components and libraries for the Android platform, optimizing for better performance, scalability, and user engagement. * Foster collaborative relationships with data managers, field supervisors, and research teams to resolve data queries, discrepancies, and technical issues in a timely, efficient manner. * Conduct field visits to support research teams, provide technical assistance, and ensure seamless project execution. * Deliver IT support, training, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance project team's technical capabilities and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
