Senior Full-Stack Developer - National TB Program Integration

* Drive the development and maintenance of the Aspect connectivity platform, a cutting-edge diagnostic connectivity solution, to support the Bangladesh National Tuberculosis Program. * Architect and implement APIs and integration services, enabling seamless connectivity between diagnostic instruments and national health systems. * Design and build web applications and data management interfaces, streamlining data exchange and enhancing user experience for health program administrators. * Lead the integration of diagnostic instruments, such as GeneXpert and TruNAT, with national reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange. * Manage and optimize data pipelines and reporting systems, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Bangladesh NTP and MIS technical teams, to ensure successful integration and operation of diagnostic connectivity systems. * Participate in Agile development sprints, DevOps, and CI/CD, driving continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality solutions. * Develop and maintain core components of the Aspect platform, ensuring reliable and efficient operation of diagnostic connectivity systems nationwide. * Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing, assisting in training and mentoring local technical staff to ensure a smooth transition to national ownership. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the platform's stability and scalability. * Drive the adoption of best practices and industry standards, ensuring the Aspect platform remains a world-class diagnostic connectivity solution.
