Job Responsibilities:• Take notes the daily work schedule, meetings, travel plans, and follow up on tasks• Handle emails, calls, documents, and confidential information• Prepare reports, and professional correspondence• Maintaining records, including papers, minutes and other documentation.• Coordinate with local & international clients• Assist with personal and business-related works• Maintain a proper filing and documentation system• Ensure timely communication with Management and Board of Directors.• Maintain accounts related works.
