Manager-Production (Transformer)

* Spearhead transformer design, manufacturing, and installation, driving projects from schematic development to construction cost estimates and physical layouts. * Drive technical troubleshooting and quality assurance, leveraging testing and reporting to ensure seamless installation and field service. * Identify and rectify transformer issues, including oil, gasket, and coil failures, to prevent prolonged power outages and minimize downtime. * Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, including 33kV, HT Panel, LT Panel, PFI Panel, HT Switchgear, and LT Switchgear systems. * Manage transformer installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to specifications. * Architect production schedules and supervise the manufacturing process to meet factory production targets and company objectives. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including BPDB, BREB, DPDC, and DESCO, to maintain operational integrity. * Lead and supervise production teams, monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure smooth production and meet factory targets. * Develop and implement quality control and safety protocols, enforcing strict standards to guarantee operational excellence. * Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct regular team meetings to address factory issues and drive continuous improvement. * Supervise technical teams, controlling production processes and implementing management directives to achieve organizational goals.
