Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead HR and administrative operations, driving efficiency and excellence across the organization.
* Architect and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, from selection to onboarding and orientation, to attract top talent.
* Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and maintain accurate records, including attendance, leave, and employee files, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Resolve employee grievances, address disciplinary issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain a positive work environment.
* Drive performance management initiatives, providing support to department heads and monitoring employee progress to foster growth and development.
* Craft and disseminate key HR documents, such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and warning notices, to ensure transparency and compliance.
* Uphold company rules, shift policies, and code of conduct, promoting a culture of accountability and respect.
* Collaborate with payroll teams to provide accurate attendance data, bonuses, and HR reports, ensuring seamless compensation and benefits administration.
* Foster healthy employee relations, workplace discipline, and a positive company culture, leveraging effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Safeguard employee and company confidentiality, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
* Generate regular HR and admin reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform management decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
Education
- Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Ability to handle disciplinary and sensitive HR matters professionally
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Must be sincere, punctual, smart, and well organized
