* Spearhead financial operations for architecture, interior design, and construction consultancy projects, ensuring meticulous management of daily expenses and transactions. * Oversee financial administration, including petty cash, utility bills, rent, and overhead costs, to guarantee accurate and up-to-date records. * Drive expense tracking and categorization by project and office operations, enabling informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation. * Architect and maintain seamless bank transactions, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation to ensure transparency and compliance. * Lead the preparation of quotations, invoices, and receipts, while maintaining comprehensive billing records from initial quotation to final payment. * Manage outstanding client payments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to minimize revenue loss. * Develop and maintain individual project cost sheets, tracking materials, labor, and contractor payments to optimize budget utilization. * Analyze project budgets against actual expenses, identifying and flagging potential overruns to enable proactive corrective measures. * Streamline vendor and supplier payments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial protocols. * Deliver monthly financial summaries, including income, expenses, and profit/loss statements, to inform business strategy and drive growth. * Prepare project-wise financial summaries at key milestones and completion, providing valuable insights into project performance and financial health. * Provide regular cost updates and cash flow forecasts to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing VAT/AIT deduction challans and maintaining audit-ready financial documentation.
