Electrical Engineer (Sub-Station)

* Spearhead sub-station design and installation projects, driving schematic development, physical layouts, and cost estimates for equipment and construction. * Oversee the maintenance and supervision of all electrical sub-station equipment, including transformers, panels, and switchgear, to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and load issues promptly, leveraging expertise to minimize downtime and optimize factory operations. * Leverage experience with solar systems to inform design, installation, and maintenance decisions, and drive sustainable energy solutions. * Monitor and analyze power factor, voltage, current, and load balancing to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy efficiency. * Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans, balancing preventive and corrective measures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with electrical safety and international standards. * Provide expert diagnosis and effective solutions to emergency situations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. * Drive compliance with electrical safety and international safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with management to address emerging tasks and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
