Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead project planning and scheduling, driving timely and efficient delivery of construction projects
* Architect comprehensive project documentation, including Bills of Quantities, cost estimations, and construction contracts
* Drive procurement processes by requesting, reviewing, and finalizing subcontractor and supplier quotations
* Collaborate with management to select cost-effective and compliant subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards
* Foster strong relationships with clients, certifiers, subcontractors, councils, and internal teams through regular and professional communication
* Facilitate seamless coordination across disciplines and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution
* Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning
* Partner with management to optimize workflows, improve documentation accuracy, and boost team efficiency
* Oversee information flow, ensuring timely distribution of comments, approvals, pricing, and contractual matters
* Lead construction projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive project delivery
* Develop and manage project schedules, programs, and resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of resources
* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, maintaining the highest levels of workmanship
* Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and delays effectively to minimize impact on project timelines
* Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and documentation, maintaining transparency and accountability
* Supervise site teams, driving productivity and performance standards, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring repeat business
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all issued documents, upholding the company's reputation for excellence
* Meet deadlines and provide timely updates to management, maintaining open communication channels
* Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and project information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
* Support general office coordination and administrative tasks, contributing to a well-organized and efficient work environment
