Sales Support Engineer

* Drive exceptional customer experiences as the primary point of contact for business clients, delivering timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and requests. * Architect seamless order processing by coordinating with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services. * Lead complaint resolution efforts, investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. * Develop and provide personalized quotations, leveraging in-depth knowledge of client requirements and product offerings to deliver tailored solutions. * Manage and maintain accurate records of Bills of Materials (BOM) and Production Drawings, ensuring data integrity and precision. * Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and technical departments, to ensure unified and exceptional client experiences. * Collaborate with global teams across Sydney and Hong Kong to drive business growth, share best practices, and leverage collective expertise. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a start time of 6:30 am, to deliver results-driven customer service and sales support.
