Manager - Strategy & Partnerships

* Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans, aligning with the Climate Resilient Municipality (CRM) approach and Locally Led Cooperation (LLC) principles to achieve project goals. * Architect partnerships with government, donors, service providers, and knowledge platforms to foster collaborative relationships and leverage resources for the SHOMPRITEE project. * Lead the integration of project learnings into national policy dialogues, ensuring that insights inform broader systemic change and scale-up pathways. * Manage the operationalization of CRM tools, such as the MAP, LCAC, and MSWGs, in coordination with municipal institutions and field teams to enhance urban governance. * Foster strategic evidence-based decision-making, anchoring the project's vision in data-driven insights and adaptive implementation approaches. * Collaborate with the Team Leader to design and implement scalable solutions, strengthening institutional ownership and capacity for sustainable project impact. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and local actors, to ensure project buy-in and support. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that project teams work cohesively to achieve shared objectives and promote a culture of inclusive, climate-resilient urban governance. * Identify and pursue opportunities for resource mobilization, partnership expansion, and project replication to amplify the SHOMPRITEE project's impact.
